Deborah Gratz wanted a little peace and quiet. She got it by slipping Sominex, an over the counter sleeping aid in the drinks of the kids in her class.

Someone saw Gratz pull the dirty trick and called police who arrested her at the Kiddie Academy in Morgan Hill, California.

The children were all one and two years old.

In Pleasanton, California a story maybe even more troubling.

Angela Calcagno is under investigation after she is accused of wrapping the ankles and wrists of a two year old girl with masking tape.

Police say the girl refused to take a nap so Calcagno resorted to the tape then pulled a stunt that can only be called stupid. The woman took a picture of the child and showed it to other teachers and even to, get this, the little girl’s mother.

Calcagno had already stepped down from the school but police are looking into the incident.
