UNIONTOWN, Pa. —
Police have released a surveillance photo of a man robbing a Uniontown pharmacy Wednesday morning.
According to police, a man walked into the Rite Aid on Connellsville Street about 11 a.m. and handed a note to the pharmacist that said he had a gun and wanted Oxycodone.
The man then fled the pharmacy in an unknown direction.
Investigators said the man was a white male, had reddish hair, a scrappy beard and a goatee. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact Fayette County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-404-TIPS.
A reward of up to $1,000 could be given for information leading to an arrest in this case, officials said.
