Surveillance video helps police ID suspect accused of robbing visually-impaired man

NEW CASTLE, Pa. —

Surveillance video helped investigators identify a man accused of robbing a visually-impaired man last month in Lawrence County.

According to police, Anthony Johnson is accused of pushing the victim down a stairwell at the Skyview Towers in New Castle last month and taking $140 from him.

Investigators said they were able to identify Johnson by using the apartment building’s surveillance footage.

Anyone with information on Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to contact police.
