Woman lost while hiking in Moraine State Park found safely

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. —

Search teams rescued a woman who got lost while hiking in Butler County early Wednesday morning.

Officials said the woman was found in Moraine State Park around 3 a.m.

Crews said 60-year-old Judith Outly went hiking Tuesday night and became disoriented and got lost.

Several different fire departments from Butler County participated in the search.

A park ranger said he found the woman's car last night when the park was closing. That's when crews were called in.

Outly was taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out. She is expected to be OK.
