Man Accused Of Keeping Girl Locked Up Arraigned

MCKEESPORT, Pa. —

The man accused of keeping a woman locked up in his home was arraigned in court.

Police said Thomas Hose, 48, kept Tanya Kach hidden inside his McKeesport home for nearly 10 years.

Kach was 14 years old when she disappeared back in 1996.

He was arraigned on a series of charges.
