Man Accused Of Operating Unlicensed Security Business In Washington Co.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. —

District Attorney Steve Toprani filed a criminal complaint Monday that charges Steven Turck with operating an unlicensed private security company.

Turks’ business, Full Circle Security, claimed to be capable of providing security to gas wells, pipelines and even construction sites.

Monday a judge filed an injunction to stop the company from operating.

Toprani said it all comes down to a safety issue.

"With the expanse of gas and oil development in our county, a lot of companies are coming in from out of state and relying on local services to insure that their workers are safe and secure, and if they don’t meet the requirements they put people in danger, I believe," said Toprani.
