Man Indicted On Child Porn Charges In Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH —

A federal grand jury indicted a resident of Baden, Pa., on charges relating to child pornography.

United States Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan announced Wednesday that Andrew Kincaid, 22, faces the one-count indictment.

According to the indictment, Kincaid knowingly possessed images and videos depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit acts.

A maximum total sentence could impose a $250,000 fine, 10 years in prison or both.

This case is brought by Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative that aims to protect children from online exploitation and abuse.
