PITTSBURGH —
United States Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan announced Wednesday that Andrew Kincaid, 22, faces the one-count indictment.
According to the indictment, Kincaid knowingly possessed images and videos depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit acts.
A maximum total sentence could impose a $250,000 fine, 10 years in prison or both.
This case is brought by Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative that aims to protect children from online exploitation and abuse.
