According to police, a Donora couple is being charged for smoking marijuana with a 14-year-old boy and his friends on July 28.

Brandon Lee Daniels, 27, and his live-in girlfriend, Amber Lynn Roberts, 24, are accused of buying the drugs and hosting a pot party at their home, according to officials.

The mother of one of the juveniles involved found out her teen had smoked marijuana and immediately alerted authorities, according to court records.

The teen told officers that Daniels had purchased the drugs, and the teen along with five other minors walked to the residence to smoke the marijuana provided by Daniels, according to the criminal complaint.

When police asked the teen who smoked the marijuana, the teen stated, “Everyone except Amber… because she is pregnant,” according to detectives.

Daniels and Roberts are being charged with corruption of minors and remain in jail.
