Man Sought In Knife-Wielding Burglary Of Vanderbilt Home

Police are looking for a man who forced his way into the home of a 93-year-old of a Vanderbilt man in Fayette County.

Police said the assailant was wielding a knife when he broke into the Pennsylvania Avenue home. The victim was not hurt, police said.

The assailant got away with money and the victim’s cordless phone, authorities said.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
