BELLEVUE, Pa. —
One of two victims, Forouhar Jian, testified that William Scannell burst into her husband’s office with a silver handgun and commanded her to remove a fanny pack that contained prescription drugs and money.
She also testified that Scannell hit her and her husband with the gun and even fired shots at both of them.
“He shot three or four times at my husband,” Jian said. “I don’t know how he missed.”
The defense attorney asked many questions about what Jian saw of the suspect since he was allegedly wearing a mask and glasses.
The hearing is scheduled for January.
