MILLVALE, Pa. —
Right now Millvale and nine other communities are under a state of emergency.
City and county leaders surveyed the storm damage first-hand on Friday.
It was estimated that the damage will take days to clean up.
Millvale residents said they are frustrated by two days of flooding and countless nights of worrying.
Some people said the situation in Millvale would not have happened if officials had taken care of Girty's Run Creek.
The Army Corps of Engineers oversees the creek.
