More Than 100 Wait In Line For Free Chicken

Chick-Fil-A Opens New Restaurant

MONROEVILLE, Pa. —

More than 100 people waited in line overnight for a chance at free chicken sandwiches for a year.

Many people camped out look at the Chick-Fil-A in Monroeville since Wednesday afternoon where they played games and enjoyed music.

For some people, it's more about the atmosphere then the free food.

Don Oles, of Moon Township, said, "I got here around 5:30 a.m. This is the first 100 Chick-Fil-A campout. This is my third one. I enjoy being here with the people, enjoy the camaraderie and the ultimate prize is free chicken for a year."

The restaurant gave free Chick-Fil-A chicken for a year to the first 100 people in line at 6 a.m. Thursday.
