Munhall Police Officer Fired For Alleged Foot Fetish

Former Munhall police officer Michael John Curtain Jr., 36, was fired as he was about to be charged with indecent acts involving three underage girls at his Woodhills Drive home.

The veteran police officer, with eight years on the job, hosted what investigators describe as drinking parties with middle school and high school age girls. According to the criminal complaint, the youngest was 13.

The girls told investigators Curtain would give them alcohol once or twice a week and allow the unlicensed and possible drunk girls to drive his car.

One girl told police Curtain admitted to having a foot fetish.

In a unanimous vote, Munhall Boro Council dismissed Curtain in February. It was a personal matter, and it's now in the criminal courts.

Curtain faces multiple criminal counts, including indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and selling and furnishing alcohol to minors.
