GREEN TREE, Pa. —
Former Steelers broadcaster Myron Cope was involved in the accident late Friday morning.
Pennsylvania State Trooper Robin Mungo said Cope caused the accident involving five vehicles around 11:45 a.m.
Mungo said Cope slammed on his brakes, causing four other vehicles to hit in a chain-reaction.
Cope was driving a Ford Explorer that was a loaner vehicle.
Police said that Cope may have been unfamiliar with that vehicle.
No other injuries were reported.
