ONLY ON 11: Mayor Takes Late-Night Tour Of South Side

Neighbors Complaints Lead To Mayor's Visit

PITTSBURGH, Pa. —

Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl got a first-hand look at the chaos that happens on weekend nights on the South Side.

Channel 11 was the only news organization with the Mayor as he took to the streets to see what neighbors have been complaining about.

A Target 11 investigation in November uncovered people urinating and fighting in the late-night hours, concerning neighbors who live near the bar scene.

The Mayor was making good on a promise to visit the troubled area, to see what he can do to help.

Some people who talked to Channel 11 said they had seen improvements since a recent community meeting with the Mayor.
