Person Trapped In Overturned Car Near Station Square

PITTSBURGH —

Allegheny County 911 said a car flipped over near Station Square, trapping one person just before 4 p.m. on Monday.

The accident happened in the 1600 block of West Carson Street.

Traffic was tied up for about an hour while emergency crews worked to free the driver and clear debris from the road.

There is no word on what caused the crash or if anyone was seriously hurt.
