Police Investigation Home Invasion In South Huntingdon

SOUTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. —

Police in South Huntingdon Township were searching for two men accused in a home invasion.

At four this morning, the suspects went into an elderly woman's house by removing a window air conditioner.

Once inside, police said they went to the second floor bedroom where the victim was asleep.

One of the suspects woke her up by shaking her shoulder, and demanded money. The victim pushed her life alert badge that she wears on her wrist.

One of the suspects pulled the badge from her and threw it. They then fled from the house.

The woman was not seriously hurt.
