Police Search For Beaver County Convenience Store Robber

CENTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Police in Center Township are looking for a robber who held up two convenience stores in Beaver County.

Police said the man held up the Circle K store on Brodhead Road on Saturday around 5:15 p.m.

Witnesses said the man was wearing a yellow bucket-style hat with a Pirates logo, sunglasses, black gloves, blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Officers say a man with a similar description robbed the CoGo's store on Duss Avenue in Ambridge shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday.

"He comes in and demands money. As we know, stores don't keep much in the register, but he gets it," said Center Township Police Chief Barry Kramer.

Kramer said both holdups were caught on surveillance video.
