Police said that a woman lied to police when she told them she was pushed from a Penn State University fraternity house window.
Investigators used a search warrant to gather evidence form the Sigma Alpha Mu house last weekend after they were called for a report of a woman falling from a window.
The woman told police she didn't fall and that she had been pushed. But once police started investigating, they said the woman drank an estimated six or seven shots of tequila then kicked out the window and jumped.
The woman cut her foot or leg, which led to blood evidence found at the scene.
Police said they found bloody footprints 20-30 feet away from where the woman went out the window, and said that was a key factor in the conclusion that she wasn't pushed.
