FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. —
It happened around noon Wednesday along Dickerson Run Road in Fayette County.
Frank Gregor said his neighbors' pit bulls got loose and attacked his Labrador and German shepherd puppy.
The German shepherd later died and the Lab is recovering from multiple injuries.
Residents said this isn't the first time the pit bulls got out.
Gregor said his dog won't be the same.
"She's not going to be able to bark. She's not going to be the same dog. She won't be able to play with the kids as well."
Neighbors now said they want to see action before someone else is hurt.
No charges have been filed against the pit bulls' owners.
