PITTSBURGH —
Andrea McNulty's attorney Cal Dunlap told Channel 11 Thursday that her recent resignation was "because of the way she was being treated by her employer." McNulty had worked at Harrah's Lake Tahoe.
The woman's suit seeks a minimum of $440,000 in damages from Roethlisberger and at least $50,000 in damages from Harrah's officials regarding the alleged incident in July 2008.
Roethlisberger has denied the allegations.
