A local tow truck driver is accused of cashing in on crashes just months after pleading guilty to similar charges.

Police arrested William Scott for insurance fraud and theft by deception.

Police say the Ross township man would overbill insurance companies for tows.

Erie Insurance Company notified police about the alleged overbilling.
