Shooting Victim Found In Wilkinsburg Street

Police said an 18-year-old was shot in the leg in Wilkinsburg Tuesday afternoon following a robbery.

Police believe the victim was driving an SUV along Princeton Boulevard when he picked up two friends.

The victim was robbed and then shot by one of the friends, police said.

The victim was found in the street and was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital to undergo surgery. He was last listed in critical condition.

Police said they have one of the teens involved in the incident in custody for questioning. Police told Channel 11 they are still searching for the shooter.
