Shootout Leaves Behind Damage At Edgewood Towne Centre

EDGEWOOD, Pa. —

Emergency officials told Channel 11 that two people pulled up in a vehicle in Edgewood Towne Centre Friday afternoon and started shooting.

Officials said one of the men involved was shot and fled the scene.

The man was found at the corner of South Braddock Avenue and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Police said they are still searching for two other people involved.

At least one store front window was shot out and a bullet hole was found in a car parked in the lot.

The car's owner, Andrea Hedrick said, "When it hit it shattered the window. It is in my seat. When I opened the door it all fell out."

Two weapons were recovered at the scene.
