SOMERSET: Flight 93 Land May Be Seized Through Eminent Domain

Anthony Kordell, owner of property near the Flight 93 memorial, received an offer from the National Park Service Friday, and Monday requested the agency’s appraisal.

But at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday the Manns Choice resident was told that the federal government will be applying eminent domain to seize his family’s 150 acres in Stonycreek Township.
