Sq. Hill Theater, Restaurant Could Become Condos, More

PITTSBURGH —

Two Squirrel Hill landmarks might be torn down so a $50 million project can go up.

The former Poli's Restaurant and the Squirrel Hill Theatre, located along Forward and Murray avenues, could be demolished.

In their place would be a development that would include condominiums, a hotel, restaurant and additional stores.

The Pittsburgh Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the project in a couple of weeks.
