Forest City Commercial Management announced the signing of six new leases in Station Square. Over 93,000 square feet of office space in Commerce Court has been leased to CardWorks and AlcatelLucent.
Pittsburghers can expect to see a new nightclub and new places to eat.
The nightclub will be in the Freight House Shops and will be called Zen. It is anticipated to open in the spring of 2008.
The new restaurant, featuring Greek food, will be called The Island Cafe.
