MONACA, Pa. —

Hazmat and firefighters were called to a Wal-Mart in Beaver County Saturday after several customers suddenly became sick.

Five people were treated and released by paramedics after they said they had experienced nausea and vomiting while in the Monaca store.

Customers and workers were evacuated around 7 p.m. while firefighters and the Beaver County hazmat team searched for the problem. They could not find what caused the sudden sickness.

The Wal-Mart reopened at midnight.
