Suspected Gunman Arrested In Deadly Post Office Shooting

Woman Shot Inside West Virginia Post Office

 

DALLAS, W.Va. —

Police have arrested a man in connection with a West Virginia post office shooting.

Shots were fired around 2 p.m. at the Dallas post office in Marshall County on Friday.

This is right on the Pennsylvania border in the Panhandle section.

Lua Wolverton, 35, died when she was shot twice in the stomach.

After the shooting, Wolverton was able to call 911 and describe her attacker.

Todd Dolin was taken into custody in Zanesville, Ohio.

Dolin will be charged in Ohio before being extradited to West Virginia.

Officials said Dolin has a connection with Wolverton but did not elaborate.
