Thief Targets Armstrong County Drug Store

More Than 1,000 Pills Stolen

 

FREEPORT, Pa. —

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a drug store in Armstrong County.

Police say the suspect targeted the store on Fifth Street in Freeport.

He didn't get any money, but police say he did steal about 1,000 oxycodone tablets.

Police say the suspect appeared to be sick.

No one was hurt in the holdup.
