Tractor-Trailer Rolls Over, Takes Out Rte. 65 Utility Pole

 

ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. —

A tractor-trailer rolled over, lost its load and took out a utility pole in Ellwood City Monday afternoon.

The truck crashed on Route 65 at Deemer’s Bend in Ellwood City around 12:30 p.m.

Officials said it lost its load of steel rolls after rolling over.

Police said the wreckage had been cleared by early evening, but utility crews continued to work at the crash scene.

Officials said the driver only suffered minor injuries.
