VENANGO: Franklin Man Charged With Rape Of Child

VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. —

A Franklin man who allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl was charged Tuesday following a year-long investigation by Oil City police.

David Lee Murray, 49, was arrested around 12:31 p.m. Tuesday on charges stemming from the incident on Jan. 23, 2008, on Wilson Avenue, police said.
