Victims' House For Rent One Year After Execution Style Killings

A home on 2nd Avenue in Beaver Falls remains vacant with a sign on the front saying "rent to own."

It's the house where one year ago a married couple was killed.

Richard and Demetria Harper were both found shot once in the head and left in the basement.

Two of their three children were locked in a closet, physically unharmed.

Reports surfaced that two masked men with gloves entered the home, but a year later, police have made no arrests.

The victims' family members didn't want to talk to Channel 11's Amy Marcinkiewicz on the eve of the one year anniversary.

Police have never released all the details about what went on in the house and they never gave a motive for the killings.

Family members tell us the three Harper children live out of state and remain in counseling over their parents' deaths.
