WASHINGTON: Truck Leaks 2,500 Gallons Of Fuel At Bentleyville Truck Stop

 

BENTLEYVILLE, Pa. —

About 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel spilled into Pigeon Creek in Bentleyville Tuesday night.

The spill occurred at Pilot Truck Stop about 10 p.m. when the shut-off valve on a diesel fuel tank ruptured, allowing about 2,500 gallons to escape, Bentleyville firefighters said.
