Taylor said because the websites are becoming so popular, consumers are sometimes buying coupons they don't use.

Some websites are offering ways to resell the coupons so consumers can get a portion of what they spent back.

For example, www.dealsgoround.com is a place where people can resell unused coupons or purchase those coupons at a cheaper price. Taylor found coupons for The Garden of Eden Day Spa and Salon and also Mallorca Restaurant in Pittsburgh.

Sellers are charged a processing fee.

Another site Taylor found was www.couprecoup.com, which works similarly to Deals Go Round, but the site doesn't charge to post the coupons.

Taylor said she found coupons for everything from Redbox rentals to restaurants.
