NEW CASTLE, Pa. — One person has died after a shooting in New Castle early Monday.
Police were called to a home on Bell Avenue at about 2:15 a.m.
According to investigators, Victor Ward was found dead inside the home following an argument with 20-year-old Takeo Cox.
Cox turned himself in to New Castle police a few hours later.
Investigators said he used a semi-automatic rifle to shoot Ward several times.
