Police seek man who robbed Bethel Park bank at gunpoint

BETHEL PARK, Pa. — Authorities are seeking a man who robbed a bank at gunpoint Thursday in Bethe Park.

Police said a man entered the Brentwood Bank in South Park Shops on Library Road just after 5:30 p.m.

Authorities said the man brandished a black semi-automatic firearm, demanded money and told customers to get on the ground.

The robber is described as a husky white man who is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, a black mask that covered his entire face, blue jeans and dark-colored work boots.

The man fled the bank on foot in an unknown direction, authorities said.
