Police seeks public's help in identifying accused thief

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — Greensburg police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of stealing a wallet and a rifle.

Police said a man in his 20s with a skinny build and dark hair is accused of stealing a victim’s wallet containing credit cards and a Flintlock muzzle loader rifle in December.

Officials said the man used the victim’s credit card at a GetGo and a Walmart in East Huntingdon Township, and was also used at a Sheetz in Scottdale. The thief spent a total of $540.
