Updated:DUQUESNE, Pa. —
Police are investigating after someone was shot several times while sitting in an SUV in Duquesne early Thursday morning.
Channel 11’s Brandon Hudson said the shooting happened about 40 yards away from the Duquesne police station around 2 a.m.
When Channel 11 arrived at the scene, investigators were collecting evidence that included several shell casings at the intersection of North Second Street and Grant Avenue.
The victim was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital. His or her name and condition were not released.
So far, no arrests have been made.
