Recall issued for Little Tikes swings due to fall hazard

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A popular swing for infants and toddlers is being recalled due to the risk of children falling.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall for the Little Tikes 2-in-1 Snug n Secure swing.

The manufacturer has received complaints of the swing breaking and children falling to the ground. There were 39 reports of injuries, including broken arms, cuts and bumps.

The recall only involves swings that are the color pink.

The swings were sold at Walmart, Toys R Us and other stores nationwide between November of 2009 and May of 2014. If you own one, you should contact Little Tikes for a credit. The toll-free number to call is 855-284-1903.
