SHALER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Shaler school board members and teachers are scheduled to meet Monday in an another attempt to negotiate a contract.
The Shaler Area Education Association went on strike last week after working without a contract for more than two years.
Officials said the biggest issues keeping the two from working out a contract are health care and salaries.
The school district made an offer last Wednesday and said they are waiting for a counter proposal.
