SOUTH PARK, Pa. - South Park residents are upset that a developer wants to put a cellphone tower on park land near their properties and school district.
“We’re willing to stand our ground on our rights and our issues and our ordinances,” said resident Bill Collins.
The 190-foot tower would be put off of McCorkle Road. The developer would have to get a special height variance.
A hearing is set for Aug. 20.
