Age: 17 School: Penn Trafford High School Why did you apply to be a Skylights Sideline Shooter? I thought it would be a wonderful experience, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and a chance to gain a better understanding of one of my career choices. This is now my second year being at WPXI, and I absolutely love it!! What do you do in your spare time? When I'm not doing schoolwork, I like reading, listening to music and hanging out with my friends. As Assistant Editor of the yearbook, I enjoy working on layouts and editing pages outside of school. I also love to shop! What do you plan to do after high school? I plan on attending a four-year college and during the summer months, having an internship. Do you plan to pursue a career in television news? Although it is my dream to be Editor-in-Chief of a magazine when I am older, working in television news is a definite possibility. The experience I have gained by being one of the Skylights Sideline Shooters has given me great insight into this profession and convinced me to study Journalism/Communications in college.
