Legendary Pittsburgh Sportscaster Myron Cope Hospitalized

Cope Treated For Pneumonia

 

PITTSBURGH —

One of Pittsburgh's most beloved voices is under the weather.

Veteran sportscaster Myron Cope is in the intensive care unit of UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

He is being treated for pneumonia for the second time in three years.

A spokesman said that as Cope recovers, he will be transferred from the hospital to a rehabilitation center.
