Pittsburgh Gives Red-Carpet Welcome

All-Star Game Begins At 8 P.M.

PITTSBURGH —

The baseball world will call PNC Park home Tuesday as Pittsburgh prepares for a parade of Major League All-Stars.

The red carpet has been rolled out to Pittsburgh's visitors.

The mile-long stretch from downtown Pittsburgh across the Roberto Clemente Bridge to PNC Park is part of the procession the players, managers and their families will make on their way to the All-Star Game Tuesday night.

That red carpet celebration will take place from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m.
