Porter In Fight With Bengals Player In Vegas

Former Steelers Linebacker Receives Citation

LAS VEGAS —

Former Steeler Joey Porter is facing a citation after a fight at The Palms Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas police told Channel 11 News Porter was at the blackjack table with Levi Jones of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Porter allegedly threw a punch, hitting Jones in the right eye and causing a small cut.

In Las Vegas, you do not get arrested for a fight unless an officer actually sees the altercation.

Back in September, Porter faced six summary violations in Pittsburgh after his pit bulls attacked and killed a neighbor's miniature horse.

The dogs were moved to Bakersfield, Calif., where they were licensed.
