While the above video is a marketing tactic used to promote the upcoming release of the horror movie “Devil’s Due,” it is still pretty darn hilarious.
I mean, an animatronic “Devil Baby” in a remote controlled stroller, running amok on the streets of New York, startling unsuspecting citizens while hidden cameras capture the momentary reactions of terror for our amusement? Yeah, I don’t care what they’re selling—that’s funny!
The video is making its way around the web, gaining nearly 5 million views in less than 24 hours!
My favorite part comes after the initial fun of seeing the robot baby jump up from the stroller, when the remote controlled carriage begins chasing people down the street. I can’t even imagine how I would react.
The movie “Devil’s Due” opens in theaters on January 17.
