PITTSBURGH — There's a whole lot going on in and around Pittsburgh this weekend, including a performance by pop superstar Ed Sheeran, a Sunday night Steelers rivalry game at Heinz Field and a fall festival.

OktoberQuest - Bicycle/Brewery Tour

Saturday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Penn Brewery

Bicycles? Brews? Why not both! Join us on September 29th for the most epic ride around! OktoberQuest is presented by the Northside Leadership Conference (NSLC) and Walk/Ride Northisde. Experience the beauty of the Northside by bike and enjoy delicious samples from each of the participating locations: Allegheny City Brewing; Bier's Pub; Penn Brewery; Spring Hill Brewing; and Threadbare Cider House.

Ed Sheeran

Saturday, 7 p.m. - PNC Park

One of the world's biggest pop stars is heading to Pittsburgh for a show in front of tens of thousands of his biggest fans. This show was initially scheduled for Sunday, but moved to Saturday due to the Steelers game Sunday night.

Ravens at Steelers

Sunday, 8 p.m. - Heinz Field

An AFC North matchup and rivalry game that Pittsburgh fans have had circled since the schedule was released. The Steelers are coming off a win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but overall they're 1-1-1. This could be the chance to show how strong of a team the Steelers are. If you can't make it to the stadium, coverage of the game starts at 6 p.m. on Channel 11.

Pride and Prejudice

Pittsburgh Public Theater begins its 44th season with a new management team – Artistic Director Marya Sea Kaminski and Managing Director Lou Castelli – and the Pittsburgh premiere of Kate Hamill’s innovative comedy, Pride and Prejudice. Directed by Desdemona Chiang, Pride and Prejudice runs September 27 – October 28, 2018 at the O’Reilly Theater, Pittsburgh Public Theater’s home in the heart of Downtown’s Cultural District.

Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission

Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Heinz History Center

Join the Heinz History Center on the launchpad for the opening of Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission at the History Center! Start the day with a real-life motor-powered rocket launch across the street from the History Center, launch kid-friendly air rockets (learn more about building your own at one of our workshops in August and September), and have tons of out-of-this-world activities throughout the day.

Harvest Fair

Friday night and Saturday - Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church

Enjoy the fall weather and help a good cause this weekend. Artwork, furniture, baked goods and more are for sale at this event. Donations took a hit during early summer flooding, but that didn’t stop a spirit of the event.

One of the most influential songwriters and performers of funk music, George Clinton is taking the state in Pittsburgh this weekend. From 'Atomic Dog' to 'Give Up The Funk' anyone it this show will need to be ready to get down.

The Great Race

Sunday, 9:30 a.m. - Squirrel Hill, Oakland, Downtown

The annual Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race started in 1977, when former Pittsburgh Mayor Richard S. Caliguiri established the race as a “community fun run.” Since that inaugural competition, 250,000 people have participated in The Great Race, making the event the largest 10K race in Pennsylvania. The popular fall fitness classic has expanded to include a 5K run/walk, a running clinic, the Junior Great Race, and more.

Oktoberfest

Friday & Saturday, 5 p.m. - midnight; Sunday, noon to 10 p.m. - Penn Brewery

Get your lederhosen ready -- Penn Brewery's classic Oktoberfest celebration is back for another two weekends of fun! As always, the brewery combines old-time traditions with new sounds and flavors. The mid-19th-century landmark building and Biergarten hosts two weekends of cold bier, delicious food, traditional Bavarian music and fun vibes!

Saturday, 7:30 p.m. - PPG Paints Arena

When Adam Levine isn't facing off against other stars on NBC's "The Voice," you can catch him performing and touring with is world famous band. Red Pill Blues, the sixth album from Maroon 5 was released late last year, and has produced several radio hits including "Wait" and "Girls Like You."
