2 people killed in motorcycle crash on Rt. 136

SOMERSET TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two people are dead after a motorcycle crash in Washington County.

According to the Washington County coroner, James Martin, 55, of Eighty Four lost control of the bike on Route 136 in Somerset Township Sunday afternoon.

The accident happened near the Rolling Green Golf Course.

Martin and his passenger, Dawn Stonesifer, 54, of Washington were killed.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
