At least 1 person shot in New Brighton

A person was shot in New Brighton on Thursday night.

Emergency dispatchers confirmed the shooting happened in the 300 block of Seventh Street. People reported several shots being fired.

A car fled the scene, dispatchers said.

Not long after, someone showed up at Sewickley Hospital with a gunshot wound.
